Hi friends,In my back yard today I see some of my bitter gourd get blooming.
I don't notice in before, just now I check and seen only one I get, hope soon I get more for my needs.
I think lot of people don't like bitter gourd that's much due to its bitter ness. But those very healthy vegetables, try to take at least once in every 15 days.

Many doesn't like bitter gourd but actually that's good for health.I like it but depend on how it was cooked. There are ways to remove bitterness from that.Remove the seeds chopped to small tiny pieces, scrub with salt and squeeze to remove bitterness, then mix with egg and onion and fry it.
There you go.enjoy.
