The creepy lady standing in front of my house

A while ago, I went out to pay my tutor. I have seen this lady, squatting in front of the animal clinic that has not opened for many months now. She was just staring in the air. When I went back, I saw her standing in front of my door. Behind our glass door was our dog, Tags, who was barking at her angrily. That woman stared absently at my dog. I could not tell whether she was amused or angry at Tags. There was no emotion on her face. When I asked her what could I do for her, she just said in a monotonous voice" It's just the dog...." She did not even budge when I unlocked the door. She remained in her spot. You know this scene you see in a creepy movie? When I closed the door, her eyes were still.glued on my dog. After a bit, she disappeared. Strange....
