working at home call centers is where you are at home in a quiet place with no background noise, and you take calls for different companies like orders for their products and such. One company I work for you do their customer service for newspapers, calling customers to see if they are happy with their service. There is call centers where all calls are inbound to you. You must have a separate line from your personal line for this. Outbound call centers is where you do all the calling. There is some good paying legit companies in this field. I work for several.
there is some requirements to meet, each company is different.Good Luck with your search

I have a contact who can possibly give you work from home..I ask only that you ask for this contact via email...so no one accuses me of spam.. I do work from home for a private company doing clerical, administrative work..and found my job on craigslist..I do know of a lady who is looking for callers..But will only share this through private emailing.

I do!!
The expereince has been great for me. You do need a quiet place to work so I only do it when my little one is asleep. The pay is pretty good when you get bonuses and such for making sales. I run a work at home website and I have a whole section on virtual call centers complete with links to apply to each company. Here you go! http://www.untroddenroad.com/callsfromhome.html
Live Ops has always been my favorite. It may be because I started with them but I found I made more and more money with them the longer I stayed and it did not take long for me to go from $7-$10-$14 per hour. Sometimes now on special projects I make upwards of $20 per hour.
There are a lot of good ones though. On my site I describe each one- whther it is doing sales for infomercials, taking donations, or whatnot, and the pay (if I have that information). Most pay you by the minute of talk time. I just like to take my pay and divide it by the hours I worked, or even just waited for calls, to see how much I made.

Hi, Yes, I work from home at two call centers. It is real work and sure comes in handy between my husbands paydays. I have been doing it for a year.
I was a little nervous when I first started, but it all came together.
At call centers, you can receive and make calls depending on the work that is needed.
I have a website with a large list call center jobs and other types of legitmate jobs.

I work for LiveOps and I love it. I did it full time last year as my only job and I still do it now, but also have a jb outside the home now too. It is a very easy job and the people are usually great!! There are alot of different clients you can take calls for, I recommend it to anyone who is looking to work from home man or woman.

SarahBelle, that first link that is given is a good one. I just wanted to say that I do it as well for a couple different places, in that list, and LOVE it! You can make as much or as little as you want, it is essentially YOUR business so you get out of it what you put in. I work mostly days on one, as it is just strictly Cust SVC, and the other I can work anytime I want to as it is people calling in for infomercials and such and you know those run constantly! LOL
The other thing is, I have no extra gas costs, no extra clothing costs, and I can be here with my family if something comes up. No hour long travel time to get home if I have to.
I wish you well if you decide to become a WAH'er! :o)
