Sleeping at night

My people! I've been in so much trouble sleeping at night. No, I am not insomniac but why can't I???? Maybe because of stress and anxiety? What do you do to help you relax and sleep peacefully at night? Tnx

Just put your phone off and don't be overthinking. I think overthinking can make you hard to sleep.

well, Once I have the same issue. But my problem was overthinking. As soon as I went to bed and close my eyes in this world, a completely new world opens in my head which makes it more difficult to sleep. So I would recommend you go to bed as calm as you can be. There is will be tomorrow and you can handle all things on that say. Though I'm no expert but it helps me with my sleep problem. Hope that might help you too.

i don't have problems with that, but there are many methods you can find on the internet. also it might be the temperature.

don't use your cellphone. turn off the cellphone before going to sleep. take a deep breath. don't think about anything and start closing your eyes.
