Feeling Tired Eyes Are Sleepy

This can be the after effect of watching back to back movies and I was on the website for a long time today so didn't relaxed or even closed my eyes even for a minute and probably that's why I'm already feeling sleepy and tired at 9.30 pm on a Sunday.
I guess it'll be better to sleep now since it's nearing 10 pm which is my usual time to sleep.
Do you feel tired easily watching back to back movies?

I was tired yesterday and am trying to get in as much TV watching as I can before Wednesday late afternoon.

Yes, Wednesday I stop watching TV and not listen to music or videos for 3 weeks. It is our mourning period. We lost our Temples that were demolished and so I do not watch TV and listen to music for 3 weeks. I work on the computer. I ate very early on Thursday and then start the 3 weeks out with a fast and end with a fast and then I wait two days and it will be August 1st when i go back to TV and music.

depends on what time it is, sometimes it makes me tired, sometimes not.
