Are you keeping distance from Stress?

Statistics are saying the stress level of people around the world is too much right now. This is not good for both physical and mental health and the stress needs to be managed properly. So that it will not affect negatively. There are different things one can do to stay away from stress. like Doing physical exercise, setting small targets for the day, and achieving it, spending time with family and friends, video conferencing with away members, and some good music in a day. One more thing helping a person in need that gives some internal peace to calm down your stress. Are you staying away from stress?

@ExplorewtMe the main thing that keeps ?????? free is being with my family and friends. And I really get engaged with my hobbies that is playing games. Which really make me stress free.

I think that is to be expected, what with that pandemic and all. For me, stress only hits me when its been bottled up for a while so I try to take my time and some rest every now and then.
