There is no word to describe this in English, so it would be correct to use the Hindi word, kulhar but you would then have to say that it's an unglazed, earthenware beaker, similar to a clay flower-pot but without the hole in the bottom. I have never drunk out of a kulhar but I believe that it is said to give an 'earthy' taste to the tea which is appreciated by some. It's intended to be disposable and used only once, which is claimed to be hygienic but it's also more expensive than coated paper or plastic so it isn't used very much these days. It has a long history, however, since fragments of such vessels at least 5,000 years old have been dug up in the Indus Valley. Ancient Europeans and many other cultures also used to use similar drinking vessels made of unglazed clay and various designs and patterns have been found in archaeological excavations.

Few days back I came across a video about a tea shop in Madurai (a city in South India) which has come up with a very unique idea of serving tea in glasses made out of chocolate. So you get to enjoy both the tea and the cup!
