How can I get rid of my Brain Fog

For the past 2 weeks, I've been having some serious brain fogs. I don't know what's happening to my brain. I feel pain near my right temple frequently. I am afraid that I may have a disease. Is it normal or unusual?
I have a habit of reading one book a week. Now I can't focus while reading.
I think the reason for this is my gaming routine. I bought a new smartphone a month ago and started playing the battle game PUBG Mobile. I'm addicted to this game so badly that I play 4+ hours a day. Have you ever encountered a situation like this? Can you help me figure out what's happening to my health?

That is only because of your excess screen time. And now it is banned so I guess you can't play it any longer

I guess it is causing the Fog. It's not banned. The availability of the game triggers me to play.

Thank you. I am planning to go to a hospital tomorrow. I never had anything like this before and I'm very scared.

@Arunjack243 Don't be scared, take some deep breaths and know this happens to a lot of us. There is help.

Well, to be quite honest with you, it could be anything. It could be because of your addiction to playing PUBG, it could also be the corona virus. I mean that in all seriousness and not to scare you. Brain fog / confusion is a symptom. If I were you, I'd get that checked out.

I am trying. The solution is simple, but very hard. I need to break this habit as soon as I can.

Maybe because you spend too much of your time playing online games.
