Too much thinking

Now, here is the time to take a rest or go to the bed. But my mind cannot stop to thinking. I can't relax for a few days before and go to sleep earlier. Maybe I got insomnia again or overthinking that causes I can't relax my body and my mind to take a rest. I hope this condition not effects like a few years ago, I am anxiety it will happen again. Over thinking ever made me can't sleep for a week. That was so bad, my body felt sick and it caused me can not focus to work also. Hopefully

I too suffer from insomnia. The main reason is my mobile phone.

You've known your main problem that caused you insomnia and how to solve it you got the point. but it's different to me. This case always haunt to my mind.

Yeah, i've tried it often. But it not work to me. Too much thing pressure my mind to get thinked. lol But anyway, thank's for the suggestion.

Sometimes when i got this condition, I try it also to get sleepy, but when I read my brain i feel more active. That even makes me feel freshener.

Yup, overthinking causes one to have isomnia. It's not good. Try to leave all those what bothers you, and I'm sure you'll find peace in sleeping soon
