Michael jacksons next plastic surgery

Wow, what an image.... Yes.... it's possible.... If Michael Jacksons realizes that he/she is a transgender or transexual person, I think that his/her next step will be a beautiful pair of boobs. Well, I'm joking now, and yet this subject is really serious, some friends of mine are transexuals and did plastic surgery, if Michael Jackson would do it I'd have nothing to say.

since hes trying to become a woman he must have added some female genitalia and since he used to be a man im sure he has some old male genitalia.....hanging around.....somewhere do u think he can use both of these to get pregnant and make his own baby? if thats possible what species would you consider the children?
