Health Journey 2020 - Day 189 | July 7th

Hey everyone, I am back to share my food/health journey for the day. Weigh in: Yesterday - 180 Today - 177.6 So, I lost 2.4 pounds of the water weight. Blood sugars: Fasting - 91 Meal 1 -- Meal 2 - 96 Meal 3 - 78 The second day on plan and my sugars are a lot better. Low carb definitely works. So, what did I eat today? Meal 1 - Two uncured beef franks 1 medium egg fried Meal 2 - Bratwurst Reduced sugar ketchup 1 serving BBQ pork rinds Meal 3 - Two uncured beef franks 6 pieces of the tiger fudge sugar free candy Macros and other numbers for the day: Calories - 1,208 Protein - 50 Fat - 100 Net carbs - 17 Sugar - 9 Potassium - 1,011 Water - 24 oz Workout minutes - 120 (dancing) Calories burned - 942 Steps - 13,218 So, I think it was another pretty good day numbers wise. Hopefully I will see the scale go down more tomorrow...and I hope to see a new low on Friday when I do my official "weigh in". What do you think? Also, how did you all do? Photo via Pixabay.

Your numbers are looking good. I'm glad you're back on plan. I did okay, but my weight is up a few ounces.

Thank you! I'm glad too...although it's harder to know what to eat on this plan. Sorry to hear you're up a few ounces. Hope you can lose them again soon

@just4him I've already lost almost all I gained last week...I didn't expect to lose it that fast. Seems quick when it's a big number, but just a few ounces seem harder to lose!
