Do you get responses from the Mylot Administrator / myLot

I emailed them twice about some issues on mylot but dont seem to get any response out of myLot. Do you get replies why you write to them of issues?

i guess there's a lot of members who send them message and it will be some time before they can get back to you. they replied to my first message after 2 weeks. but they only took 1 hour to replied to my 2nd message. give them some time, my friend..they will get back to you!

yes after the message alert from mylot i got today my faith in mylot has restored..

I agree they should have an autoresponder program to at least lwet us know the email was recieved and will be dealt with in turn... I have emailed them about 3 times in the last week, and I HAVE heard back from them. So they are there... I'm guessing we just have to be patiennt!. Good luck!

I have emailed them probably about 5 times and have gotten no response. I think that is kind of rude. They should at least acknowledge that they received our email or something.
