Back from the gym

This morning's session was a conditioning workout. We went through the following exercises for 35 minutes:
1) Lap around gym or 500 meters on C2 rower
2) Double kettlebell clean and press (5)
3) Single leg deadlifts (5L/5R)
4) Jump rope (30 seconds)
5) Push ups (5)
It wasn't hard but it definitely worked up a sweat! It was humid and foggy so the sweat just fit right in with the rest of it.
Next session is tomorrow at 7 am.
