I like to watch the crime reality shows because some of these shows telecasted here are very good and keeps you glued to the TV set. Am watching one such show again today and today its about a college Professor facing Sexual Harassment from her dean of the college and her senior professor. The teacher did all she can but she didn't find any help and was kicked from the job which made her depressed and she committed suicide. How strict are the rules in your country about Sexual Harassment at work?

It is not tolerated here, but some get away with it. My husband was a professor and chairman of two departments at our university . He had to fire one of the professors for sexually harassing 3 students.

That's just so bad when someone tries to take advantage of the situation. Your husband did great

It is a crime here, but I am pretty sure that some get away because the victims do not dare to denounce.

@Butterfingers Some women really need their job and they fear to lose their job if they talk.

Yes many times victims don't complain because they are either ashamed or pressurized and the culprits use their power and money to run away from any punishment

It is not allowed but it happens, who can explain to a fool that it is wrong what he is doing?
