I like to watch the crime reality shows because some of these shows telecasted here are very good and keeps you glued to the TV set.
Am watching one such show again today and today its about a college Professor facing Sexual Harassment from her dean of the college and her senior professor. The teacher did all she can but she didn't find any help and was kicked from the job which made her depressed and she committed suicide.
How strict are the rules in your country about Sexual Harassment at work?

Yes many times victims don't complain because they are either ashamed or pressurized and the culprits use their power and money to run away from any punishment

Yes this is the problem and somehow those with lots of money and approach run away from any crime
