When I went to the doctor, she took some blood test, and it was obvious, that I have serious vitamin D deficiency. Since then, I've been taking 24 drops of it daily, and it really helped my mood over the weeks.
I advise everyone who haven't been feeling okay mentally, to take blood tests to measure the vitamin D level. Trust me, this vitamin assists in more things than you could ever imagine. And by the second day of taking it, you will feel yourself better.
Have a nice day!

yeah, so far i read, low vit D serum might be related to bad mood. i always recomend everyone to sunbath where the sunray also contains pro vitamin D, not as much as oral vitamin D but at least if you do it everyday, it's almost the same. hehehe

it's easier to do if you live in a sunny country. but in other countries, they have 4 seasons.

That's nice of you to recommend sunbath :D Whenever I stand out in the sun, I feel extremely happy, but my wasp-phobia stops me from doing that frequently......
