An Advice

One thing I've always wanted to share with everyone, was the way I lost a significant amount of weight. Half a year ago I saw somewhere that if you are stressful, and you are overweight because of that, you should try to leave a 4 hour gap between each of your meals. This way your body won't start to panic about the food and won't start to store things, creating the plus weight. With this, I lost 12 kg over less than half a year. Also if you stress a lot, you should consider eating more carbohydrate, because that's the main energy source of our brain, therefore it won't be exhausted. Carbohydrate can be found in banana, vegetables, and pastries, and other things. Have a nice day everyone!

You are right, but it depends on what type of carbohydrate you eat, and you also mustn't ignore the amount. All I could say is, feel free to experience with the amount, and see what is the best for you :)

I learnt that one is likely to gain weight through carbohydrates unlike with proteins

It probably is true. What I say might sounds stupid, but I think it depends on body types. Mine doesn't seem to have a weight gain problem (or any problem) with carbohydrates, and my brain gets a lot of energy from them.

And it also depends on the type of carbohydrate you take. Eating pastries will more likely give you plus weight, but vegetables and fruits may work otherwise. And of course, the amount is also very very important.

"dont eat carbs" "dont eat dairy" "go vegan or vegetarian" "NOOOO do paleo." So many conflicting fad diets how about learn what you can sustain for large amounts of time and go with that as well as what gives you results... People told me I should go vegan it wasnt helpful. I got shamed at highschool for eating carbs one day and I said "Yeah but I train twice a day and burn a lot more calories than you who is a cheerleader and trains once a week mk" She never bothered me again.

That's a good way to shut down a bully! And yes, it depends only on you and your body which diet will help and which will do a damage.

Thank you for your advice. I think we also need to do caloric count. Anything in excess of the calories we take in that the body cannot burn will turn into body fat.

Good advice. It is the quantity and how fatty the food that increases weight.
