Good Morning to All,
Its a such a wonderful and chill morning here which is very for doing exercise. Today i want to share with you a wonderful exercise which is of just 7 minutes but very useful and very effective. I am doing it this one in morning and evening since 2 days and there are many more from this person.
One good thing of this channel is that all exercises are easy and effective with maximum of 10 mins. Id anyone want to try then they can as its very effective as i loss my belly some and i am happy for it.

I checked out the video and find it quite simple to do...more like dance moves That makes the whole process interesting rather than like a tedious exercise. Good to know you found it to be effective Since how long have you been doing it?

I am doing this exercise since the last 3 days but she has many more in her channel and all are so easy and very effective with minimum effort. I started to do before 2 months overall and I lose my weight as well as my belly which help me for fit for some clothes.

@birjudanak when you started exercising 2 months ago, did you also change the type of food and amount of food that you ate?

@hereandthere I kept eating same good but due to this pandemic, cant eat outside food so everyday vegetable took and taking three time hot lemon water. Our daily food is very healthy as only vegetable in it.

Yes feeling good as can wear some old fit clothes. My waist is reduced and my tummy too .

This one her new video but from here previous video its very good experience as i can wear my old clothes which was very fit. Her all exercise is very effective with less effort.

Thank you for the link. I need to do more exercising. Yesterday it was too hot to walk outside, but I walked around my house for a half an hour and felt better having done so.

Always welcome, its good one and many more in that channel for doing seating, standing and on chair too. Under sun, walking is very difficult. I generally go on walk in morning.

Yes, there are many ones but this suit to me and sure to many because of the very easy and short time exercise although there are many different types of exercise too.
