Here's my July 10 walking exercise based on my health app monitor I completed 13.23 kilometers for 163 minutes going back and forth within the city.
Here are my workout details:
Workout duration: 163 minutes
Distance: 13.23 kilometers
Workout calories: 1,472 calories
Steps: 17,122 steps

Well, I did some walking but not much. I missed the years were I could walk long distances with out a problem.

I just walk around my home maybe about 2 kilometers . But i hope i walk 13 kilometers like what you do

13 kilometers. Wow, thats very far. Today i dont be cycling as usuall. I only have a meeting, i bought some food and stay at home again :)
