My son had bad constipation

Few days ago my son had very bad and painful constipation. The cause is my son is reluctant to eat fruit, but sometimes he eats soup with some vegies even not much and i think still less in fibre.
Finally for recent two days, my wife forced angrily my son to eat banana and more vegies. It works
No more persuasive approach in such emergency condition.

People said, better papaya than banana 
. Try it. Even, they said, certain kinds of banana can cause constipation, but actually im not belive it hehe

Papaya and hot milk could have also helped..warm water as well

I would recommend you to feed him dragon fruit. Its good for digestion problems hehhehe
