Korean style power bowl

This is a meal called a power bowl. It has Korean style beef and veggies over rice. It is called a lower bowl probably because the nutrients make you feel energized. There are many varieties of this kind of meal. It is basically a one dish meal. I like Korean food. This has carrots,mushrooms,bamboo shoots and seasonings. It is not in a tortilla--the light colored thing is the heavy paper bowl it comes in.

Oh I have never seen this type of Korean food.
