Carrot poriyal combination with Toor Dal

Hi friends, due to sleepy mood I go for taking nap.
Just now I weak up, so sharing my Today lunch.
For today lunch I prepare CARROT with Toor Dal poriyal. This dish is very famous in South Indian Marraiage .
Very simple but taste dish. For this first cook carrot and Dal.
Then drain their water completely. Now heat a pan on adding one spoon oil to it, after getting heated ad muted seeds, crushed garlic cloves, red chill, curry leaves to it.
Just fry all those, now added boiled carrots to it. Now add required salt to it.
Fry all those up to five minutes, now add boiled Toor Dal to it.
Mix well, for additional taste add roasted gram powder to it. Mix well, check it taste. Any thing needed just add to it.
That's all now it ready to eat, With hot rice chapati is good combination.
Some people add grated coconut also hear, but today I don't add coconut.
Finally it come with delicious taste, all enjoyed a lot. Even kids also loved it.
