If your boss choose young age employee other than senior employee to be a manager,what would you do?

As the COVID 19 has slowed down the global economy and has caused much recession, my company suddenly wants to sack many employees. Unfortunately, they only think that capable employees are those who are young. The decision is because, in the digital era, senior employees cannot cope with technology and disruptive innovation. I am part of the middle of my career path, but my age is not young anymore. What should I do myloters friends? Do you have any suggestions?

This situation can not last long. Everything will be alright soon. You have to manage somehow in present scenario
