I do smoke. For me, smoking helps me to calm myself into a neutral state. I do still feel nervous but it's little unlike before I smoke, one of my friends said that drinking coffee makes him calm and for me, it makes me more nervous.

I'm not going to lecture you on smoking. I'm usually pretty calm. For me it would be a hard hug from my hubby to calm my nerves and some good conversation.

I drink tea too, but not too much because I can't find much tea on my place.

@sophie09 not too rare but because there are so many teas. What I mean is the tea that has a good taste, because some of it has a really strong taste

I'm only taking coffee when I'm going to start my job until I finished my job. It makes me feel awake and aware on what I'm doing

I bounce my leg. It annoys everyone but it is something I need to do. It is hard to tell for people around me if it is due to my anxiety or due to my ADD

It true. I do this too and shake my hands. Sometimes I even drive fast (but with care) just to divert my attention
