I've had a great morning so far. The weather is going to be okay, not great, but okay today, rising to 82 F and the humidity is on the rise, but not as bad as it was. I've been to the pool, had my morning walk, and another hour of exercise. I do better with exercise in the morning than afternoon, though I do it then too if I need to. I won't need more exercise today. I also had an hour and half nap when I got home from the pool. As I said, it's been a good morning.
Yesterday was okay with food and fitness. I thought it was good, but the scale begged to differ. Here are yesterday's numbers.

Yes, it is. Today, I'm cutting down on my eating. I planned to fast, but I'm going to stick with one meal. I'm determined. I want to give the nurse a lower number tomorrow than the last time. Right now, it's the same.

Weather here not as bad as it could be but it being around 90 F is a lot for me. Did your dinner include any protein?

I think you did pretty good yesterday, and the scale at least is 2 ounces less and not more!
