Tuesday and Daily Health Report for July 13

Good Tuesday morning. It's been very good so far. I had a good workout in the pool and got some morning exercise too. It's a fast day for the most part. I won't be eating before I leave for the hospital. This time I know they're doing bloodwork. The TB test for certain plus all the other bloodwork they haven't done in at least six months. I'm also going straight to my son's afterward, so I won't be eating before I get home.
Yesterday turned out to be a very good day food and fitness-wise. I planned to fast but opted for one meal and a dessert. I celebrated my son's birthday, albeit without him.

As you can see, yesterday was very good and I'll likely repeat today without the mug cake and ice cream as I won't be home to eat until later this afternoon. I'm also back into the 80s and might see 185 for my birthday. I'm hoping.
