Do you like Chicken Curry?

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening my dear mylotters
I woke up in a good weather again but this time no sunshine only cloudy and cool air. I think it rained early in the morning and stopped 
I hope it will not last like that today because I want to have a good walk later
Today, I would like to prepare Chicken Curry 
I always marinate with salt and fry separate the chicken first and then set aside fry onion, garlic, chopped carrots and potatoes. Then put them together and pour some water let it boil for 5minutes then put some coconut milk and curry powder let it boil for 10minutes until the coconut is cooked. Then add some red bell pepper let it boil a little longer and then finished

@LadyDuck I have not tried the green one but I`m sure I like the red and yellow too This is the kind of food that I eat even if it`s too spicy

@m_audrey6788 We can buy that too - but I think I've only made Thai curry once or twice (we used to just order it from a restaurant ). My friend actually roasts and grinds the curry herself - that sounds like a lot of work!
