Back from the gym

Good morning myLot. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 75 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. I am just back from the gym. I went for a 6 am training session with a friend. This is what we did: 35 MINUTES 1) Jump rope (20 seconds) 2) 200 m run or 300 m on C2 rower 3) Double kettlebell thrusters (3/6/9) 4) Sit ups (10) It was a cardio workout though my heart rate never did get that high. I guess I'm more in shape than I thought. The 35 minutes felt like forever though. Next workout is Friday at 7 am.
