Good afternoon beloved myLotters / myLot

Today i took a nap for 45 minutes, after i waked up,i can see sunrays is still strong at 5 p.m,Again its hot,yesterday was cold.This is how weather change from time to time.It's like how mood change,haha. Do your mood change most of the time?

@rhuenz If something or someone causes me lots of trouble all the time then my mood is not a happy one.

Once in a while my mood does change but I try to focus more on God when my feelings start to get to me.

My mood changes with time sometimes depending upon the situation but not always. It is always good to have an afternoon nap. I too had a longer than usual nap in the afternoon after lunch. Chilly weather due to continuous rains helped it.

Yes taking a nap make us more energetic .
