Exercise is going well

Maybe three days? I don't know, it may have been a week already. I've been trying to exercise every day. Usually that entails dancing for five minutes at least twice per day, and then walking for fifteen minute intervals. It's been going well. I just ask google to play dance music and I dance. I've lost two lbs. but then I know that weight fluctuates so I may gain those back, who knows. Either way it feels good to exercise and I know it will eventually pay off. I just have to keep at it. I've also stopped drinking sweet tea and only drink the herbal teas. I've changed the way I eat too - which helps. It still hasn't exactly helped my big issue but I believe I need to give it more time to help that. Since it's Friday, I may dance a few more times today and walk a little extra. Otherwise it will be like any normal day minus no housework needing done today

With the exercise and less sugar you should be able to lose. Good luck!

I agree. I'm supplementing my sugar with ONE reese's cup every night. I even tend to exercise (even if it's just walking back and forth a few times down the hall) before i eat it.

Dance your heart out! That's my way too. I stretch first and then get into dance mode with my music coming from YouTube. I will either choreograph a figure skating routine (as I used to be on the ice) . . . or dance to my favorite danceable tunes. I am so not into regular gym stuff - I love this way of exercising. Good for you for making these health improvements .

@ScribbledAdNauseum It's not an exact science, just like diets/food. And what works best can be different for each person. Spotify . . . oh I need to get with it !

I tried regular gym stuff before and I didn't like it either. I honestly don't think there's an exact science to exercising anyway. I need to create my own playlist on spotify.

I think Dance is an entertainment excercise, In one time you enjoyed and tried to fit yourself

Ah yes. I took a zumba class once a few years ago. That definitely gets your heart pumping fast. I don't quite do the same as zumba.

Dancing is very interesting and yet underrated exercise if you look at it that way.

It really is. People have more fun dancing and do not see it as exercise.
