From time to time, I may be obsessed with numbers. They occupy my mind. Then i feel that I should to note every second of my life, make plans: when to eat, when to sleep, when to read, when to draw, when to watch some films, when to play games... And count every minute of my existence. How much time I spent on this or that? I am loosing hours by making day-schedule. Is it normal?

If this turns into an obsession, I'd be worried. Of course, living without any plans or schedule isn't advisable, either. But 'Est modus in rebust' as the Romans said. This is translated into English as "There is a limit in things : everything in proportion."

Good advice! To be honest, sometimes it turns into obsession. But then I understand it's useless. You are only a human, you can't plan everything.
