Thinking of Something Relaxing

I've been in quite stress for now, and certainly looking for something that would calm my nerves down. Sadly, my usual cup of cold coffee won't help right now, because the stress level I'm having at this moment is so over the top.
As much as I'd like to wish for the person causing me all this to disappear, I still can't because he's a family member, and that wouldn't be so nice either. God bless him and his not so good attitude.

That's so bad dear. I know it's difficult but you're more stronger than any stress

I can feel you. I faced the same thing a month back. Don't worry...just calm down. And allow things to settle on their own

Try to limit the amount of time you see this family member . In the mean time so relaxing things like take a shower with lovely smelling shower gel on sponges. If not try a bath with relaxing bath oils. I like mint and tea tree. My son likes coconut Try losing yourself in an enjoyable book. Good luck.

@piyushbhatia1 that would be really lonely, but I guess it will help lessen the anger. Thanks.
