I can't believe that this song "The Sound Of Silence" by Simon & Garfunkel was written 56 years ago. And I still love it as much as the first time I heard it. I guess it is what we call" A Timeless Song"
"The Sound of Silence" is a song by singer-songwriter duo Simon & Garfunkel. Written in February 1964 by Paul Simon.

@CarolDM , This morning I needed absolute silence for taking care of some mistakes on my Income Tax Return, I had to spend hours to finally get to someone and AT LAST, it is fixed. I feel like a big burden has been taken off my shoulders.

So much music from "back in the day" was timeless, and I think forever will be. One wonders if anyone will be listening to Lady Gaga 56 years from now? My guess is probably not, but I bet we will still be listening to The Sounds of Silence.
