Strange Morning

It started out good and suddenly changed. My head started to pound and I started feeling sick. I got off the computer and went to bed. I woke in time to get my hourly steps and went right back to bed. Forty-five minutes later, everything is right with my world once again.
I don't think this has ever happened to me. Yes, I've gotten sick, but to happen as fast as it did and get over with just as quickly, no, that's never happened. I will say, I'm glad I'm feeling better again.
I got what amounted to an hour and three-quarter nap. I guess I needed it. I didn't quite get 5 hours last night. Close. So the almost two hours helped and I'm feeling like my old self.
How are you feeling today? Thanks for reading. The image is mine.

Wow, that was strange for the feeling to hit you so suddenly like that. Glad to hear you are feeling much better now though. Sometimes, our bodies really need to speak to us in a more direct way when it needs something from us. Sounds like your body told you that you needed some more sleep!

@moffittjc Me too. I took Ibuprofen when I went back to bed. It was gone when I finally got up the last time.

Thanks to your prayers, I felt great yesterday. However, today I also developed a headache, but two Tylenol got rid or it.
I was able to do laundry, read, make meatballs for the freezer, complete all notifications, and create a new post finally.

I feel fine..My BP was a bit higher than it should be..but with Covid and heat..not too surprising. I have an appointment in August anyway.

@just4him I never feel sick, so it should be. I think I am going to ask for a BP med change though.

I am glad you got some rest and are feeling all right again. I am just fine but I want to get outside so I guess toward the end of this week I will go out walking.

If it is a throbbing head then that is really scary.

I feel pretty good. Was ot with a friend for a while as we checked out where this medicare/medicade class by United healthcare was going to be held on August 4th. I am hoping since my social security is almost as low as my friend I can get the same plan like sh e has that has almost no cost at all.

That's a weird thing to get sick so quick, and get over it pretty quickly too! But glad it didn't last too long. I felt fine today myself....haven't been sick lately - although sometimes I feel sick if I eat too many carbs.

@just4him That is good that it didn't last long, but still not getting sick at all would be better!
