I have been checking the groceries I need. Mostly veggies.

I haven´t bought groceries this month. But I have discovered today that I have a lot of food yet, so maybe I can wait until the end of the month or the beginning of the next. I have more than enough meat, 3 servings of lasagna I made last month and a couple of kilos of dry legumes. Probably, besides potatoes, carrots, beets and onions, I will have some lack of veggies. I will check if nearby they have places online where they only offer vegetables and fruit. I know that they have it in some neighborhoods. But I can do without during 10 days. I´ll also check small amounts of other veggies. I have arugula and a few chard leaves in my garden. And I might have corn kernels, sweet peas and other frozen veggies in the freezer. How do you buy your grocery now? Has it changed?

We are no more in lockdown, we go out grocery shopping once a week, very early in the morning when there are only a few customers inside the store.

@NJChicaa Food seems to be more expensive and not so good when I buy online. They change the brands if the super does not have what I want.

@LindaOHio I see. You would never be able to get to near so that he does not buy what he shouldn´t

@marguicha My husband does too! I would have to accompany him with a scooter. He uses one too. Even if I were there, he'd still buy his snacks! :-)

Delivery boy facility is available there after placing an order online. I keep all the groceries outside the home for 4 hrs before using it.

Here the delivery brings me the bags to the garage. I leave everything but the frozen foods for a couple of days, then I bring them to a part of the house I´m not using and leave them for another couple of days.

I think so. And I´m glad. I spent so much money this month in the water heater that I must save in other items.

Do you store veggies? Even before lockdown, or shall I say, since the very first day we have stayed under one roof as a married couple, we have bought.groceries in bulks like good for 3 or 6 months, except the meats and fish (good for 1 month) only. We can save by buying in bulks.

Due to the extended quarantine, I only can go to the market once a week. So, I buy groceries for a week supply.

I have been keeping a bigger pantry full just in case. So I discovered that except for a few perishables, I don´t need much.

The first thing is that we do not like to eat non-veg and we have many such things which we ourselves grow in the field like wheat, rice, mustard for oil and also green vegetables and spices.
