How do you cope with the death of your husband...

My sister lost her Husband in a motorcycle accident...how can I help her cope..and how long will it take for her to continue on with life in some sort of normal manner?...It has been 6 mo.

Although i did lose a boyfriend in a car accident we werent married and we were only together for about 6 months before the accident and it even took me about 6 months to get my life back to normal! I feel so sorry for your sister it must be terrible for her! All you can do is be there for her and support her!
