In my country we had been experiencing 15 years of drought. That meant a lot for a country that gets money in a great part from fruit related exports.
Besides that, we have had giant forest fires and some rivers have even dried out.
But this year there is rain and rain and rain. Of course there is a special problem for the poor now with the pandemics. And the government should take care of that. But the agriculture will flourish.
Yesterday we had a day of sun and I washed a load of clothes. Now it is raining again. I´m glad that I bought the second heater.

I am very glad too. I am cozy at home although I have had to spend a big amount of money in new appliances.

@DianneN I had to buy a lot of expensive thing for the house, but I´m glad I did it. After all, I paid for them with the money I did not spend in air fare for vacations.

I am glad to hear that the much-needed rain has started falling. This summer we are having too many dry days and nature badly needs some rain but even though the weather said rain every day this week we are still seeing only sunshine.

@marguicha Our agriculture is very dependent on rain too. Some years they get good falls; other years they don't.

So am I. A big part of our income comes from agriculture. The rest is copper mines.

@LindaOHio We usually know so little about other countries. I have learned a lot here.

A couple of lagoons and water falls just dried out. The water falls are coming back.
