Its simple, you just need to follow the dance instructor. I am not a good dancer either but I like the body movement.

Try it out sometimes. There's a lot in social media for about 10mins. Start it up with zumba warm up first.

There's a lot of video in youtube, you may try it sometimes. Just do the warm up first.
