I love to go out at least a few times a week and just enjoy nature. I love taking rides, or walks in the woods, Watching eagles fly down near the river, watching the animals and listing for the different sounds of the birds and chipmunks etc. I think I would go nuts if I didn't get to De-Stress this way a few times a week. I am working about 48 hours a week but I still take the time to do this for my sanity. And I bring my camera with me everywhere I go.. I don't want to miss a moment! What do you do to De-Stress ? Or to enjoy Life? Photo is one I took last week , while driving around in wooded area where there where VERY FEW people.

We're very fortunate to live near some beautiful countryside. We usually take the dog for a walk up in the hills a couple of times a day. It definitely helps to de-stress.

@minx267 We have a huge country park with rolling hills at the top of our street and a village with pubs , shops and restaurants at the bottom of our street. Best of both worlds.

Looking at that photo, I can see why you love seeing nature. But I would be afraid of what's in the woods. Beautiful photo.

I really like your photo. It is so important to have time off exploring nature and beautiful places. There is a wooded area in my local town. It overlooks stunning looking Sand Bay. It is way more pleasant when there happen to be very few people.
