how to overcome your fear during job interview?

i get wet hands and my hands and toes are shaking everytime i have a job interview. i cant get over this. i have fear during job interviews. how am i suppose to land a job with this kind of fear? anybody care to help?

Think that those people who interviews you are also human beings. They are not perfect. They dont how anything bout your past work experiences. They ask quaestion because they dont know anything about you or anything that you know. Show them what you've got.. you can do it.
