about 4 years ago in september I graduated. my family came use a rent car and brought a lot of food. After i finished ceremony , I ate with my family near the campus tree. when my friend's family eats in the restaurant, we only eat under a tree. we don't have family clothes that all the colors are similar each other. the one I remember the most, I didn't wear new clothes at graduation, at that time I was short of money and I didn't want to bother my parents. But i was happy that moment.

@Young_boy Now, the only thing you can do is to help your parents. I think they have sactificed a lot so that you could finish college.

a simple family celebration of a significant event is just as meaningful. i'm sure your parents were proud of you. you're a good son.

What a wonderful memory you had. It may be simple but at least you got to celebrate it in a nice way

never mind the clothes. That was not the highlight. The highlight there, was your graduation and your together with your family. That was the most memorable date for you.

@Young_boy Graduation event is always interesting to remember or talk about. All of my family came to see my graduation. And it was my first time to see my mom dressed so beautifully.

Family is much more important than fancy clothes. We are trying to still have special days but not eat in the restaurant, so on Sunday, when we go to church, I put food in coolers in the car and we go someplace outside to eat.

That's the most practical thing your and your family has ever done.
We had dinner in the restaurant after the Graduation.

I agree, but if we have enough money it is also better because we can share with orphans as a form of gratitude

Ours here is different. Every graduate has their own new clothes, new shoes.
