Claudia just called me. She said that she was going to order a few things at the supermarket where I used to buy. Did I have a list?
I did. I wrote it down in an email (I don´t trust my penmanship now) and sent it. I discovered that my list was mainly made of nice things to eat at breakfast
Claudia will bring them when she receives them. She will come then and do a toe nail manicure if that is what is called in English. I´ll tell her to say when she will come so that I can send something nice to the kids.
I am happy and clean. I washed my hair when I showered as the sun is shinning brightly. I just bought a new shampoo that says that will do wonders for my hair. I used it with faith. So be it.
Now I will see what to eat. It will be a small amount as I shed 1 kilo finally. I don´t want to have it back.
See you after lunch.

What a coincidence, I washed my hair today, too! I've done hardly anything else, as a matter of fact.
Congratulations on the weight loss! I'm not even trying. I like dessert too much lately. It's very comforting.
