What's for dinner? July 23

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Do tell! I'm having a steak seasoned with Trader Joe's coffee rub. To go with it I'm having corn on the cob and cucumbers marinated in balsamic vinegar. Nothing fancy at all but it will hit the spot! That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

That sounds like a nice meal. Isn't the hardest part thinking it up? We had maple grilled salmon fillets with roasted potatoes and a mixed vegetable with some grape tomatoes and cucumber slices on the side. It was very filling.
