I was browsing TikTok and a controversial post, for me it's controversial, appeared on ForYou page. The guy uploader asked random people. One guy say he stole a pair of shoes and a girl said she stole earrings.
Are you bold enough to tell people that you stole something?
Yes, I did steal guava fruits with playmates when we were grade school. I can still remember the owner running towards us with a bolo in one hand.
ForYou page is like the Hot Discussions here.
Edit: I am not encouraging this "stealing" act, this is only to answer that social media question.

Shouldn't admit this, but yes I did. I stole a Beatles magazine when I was thirteen. I didn't take it back but I felt guilty for weeks and every time I heard a car I thought it was the cops coming to arrest me.

Yes, when I was about 10 (not sure) I "stole" some M&Ms out of a bowl on my girlfriend's porch. They were there for the taking; but I felt guilty about it. I have not taken anything since then.

Why you have felt guilty if it was there for taking?

Being a kid, we were not at all aware about it being bad.

You have a vivid memory. Most can't remember their childhood memories.
And stealing is a crime.

That was a nice gesture. Stealing is a crime. My late aunt had a small grocery store. She put her money in an empty biscuit container, I can get money from it but I did not steal money from her.

the pair of shoes and earrings may be considered toxic stolen items already, and if i were the stealer, i should not reveal this to anybody but maybe my mother..if guava, i think it is good to reveal that mistake.

And I think those who admitted that sin have done it on their teenage years.

@ridingbet During our year as a kid we knew already that getting fruits were forbidden.

@jobelbojel yes i believe so. well, climbing a tree and collecting fruits during playful years is considered fun, as long as the kids still tell the owners of the tree that they gathered some fruits.
