How are you all today? I guess I am doing all right got up a while ago and watched some TV and ate some toast for breakfast. I need to get to the store today and get a few things but I am not very motivated to go to the store on a Saturday. I will have to find it in myself to get up and moving soon. Hope it's not to hot outside. by time I go. Take care talk to you all soon.

I have a lot of days like that. Today (Sunday) was like that for me. I woke up pretty early, but I wasn't motivated to do anything, so I pretty much just laid in bed half the day. I had to go grocery shopping this afternoon, and I just wasn't in the mood for it, although I went anyway.

@Bensen32 In the midst of this pandemic, I've been having more days like that than I care to, and it really upsets me. I have been suffering from anxiety, and even with the meds my doctor prescribed me, I still have days like that. I think I just need to get back to my regular work routine, which unfortunately won't happen until this spike in corona cases calm down again.

@moffittjc Sadly, you're not the only one. Many people need their normal routine. I try to keep my mind busy and not think on it to much. Although I have had a few days that were not so great.

I went to the grocery store on Saturday. I was motivated to go because I wanted to see if they had some earbuds. I want to get a backup of earbuds. Today though I'm not motivated to do anything.

Yeah, the motivation is hard to come by these days. I think a lot of it has to do with the weather we have been having. The heat and humidity does not make me want to go out and do anything.
