Foxtail Millet Dosa with Curry leaf podi

Hi friends, due to busy work I just updating my Today Breakfast.
For today Breakfast I prepare foxtail Millet Dosa, I don't prepare any sidedish today. So on using curry leaf podium I took my break fast today.
Millets are very healthy but very hard to cook and eat also.
Need some special skills for cooking those, on seeing from Google now I learning. Hope soon I get good skills to cook millets.
Can I know how many members known about millets.

Yes my fry. Those are very strong millets. Not easy to prepare, need lot of time for cook also.

@piyushbhatia1 no yaar, those are small seeds. But those crop look like fox tail that's why it get that name lol.

Very oldest seeds those are. Our elders well known about those, coming to us those are disappear that's why we getting lot health issues now.

Before trying first try to know about how to cook too my friend. As like rice and other vegetables its not possible to cook. It us long process.
