They were always feuding there.both are very fine actress.
How could not remember Jane Eyre
She want a couple of Oscar.Remember her well in the Snake Pit
I am not many here remember her.But she was a very fine actress.

I have read the novel Jane Eyre several times and would not mind reading it again.

@amadeo Yes, really, every character on Gone With The Wind was perfectly cast. I can' imagine any other actress but Vivian Lee playing Scarlett.

First I heard of this--I am sure the news and magazines will have a big tribute to her especially with BLM and Gone With The Wind in the news. She made so many good movies!

I posted a great tribute to her on facebook where someone who worked as an aide for her when she was 90!
I think a lot of people are mixing up what you said--Joan played in Jane Eyre not Olivia!!

I likes the book better but she did well in that movie. I never kept up much work the movies and am lucky I know anyone, but I do one a few

I don't remember Jane Eyre, but I'm sure I've seen some of her movie performances. She lived a long time!
