Hello everyone, how are you all doing? I hope well.
I am back to share my food/health journey for the day.
Weigh in? I stayed the same. Was hoping to lose, but that didn't happen.
Blood sugars?
Fasting - 163 ( I was in the 90's last night)
Meal 2 - 147
Meal 3 - 138
30 day average - 145
14 day average - 155
This is part of my frustration. I ate low carb, worked out, and took all my meds. There is one med I am not taking because they didn't refill it this time since I have to see the doctor first. I was wondering if it could be the snack I ate, but I have ate it many other times without it affecting me. All I know is it is bringing me down today.
What did I eat today?
Meal 1 ~
2 eggs fried in butter
3 slices of deli turkey
followed by 2 pieces of my tiger fudge (1.5 net carbs each)
Meal 2 ~
Can of tuna with mayo & sugar free ketchup
shredded mozzarella and provolone cheese
followed by 2 more pieces of the tiger fudge
Meal 3 ~
Low carb ice cream bar (6 net carbs)
Macros & other numbers -
Calories - 1,323
Protein - 75
Fat - 91
Net Carbs - 21
Sugars - 11
Workout minutes - 75
Calories burned - 591
Steps - 10,084 steps
So besides my blood sugars being messed up, I thought I did really well today. Worked out for the 7th day in a row....I don't usually get 7 days straight.
Anyways - what do you think? Also, how did you do?

@MommyOfEli2013 I was that way when I was younger and I worked. I never ate breakfast but did have lunch and dinner.

Well normally it is a dessert made with chocolate chips mixed with peanut butter and white chocolate chips mixed with peanut butter then you swirl them together. But for a lower carb version I just use the sugar free chips, and lowest carb peanut butter.

Well usually it does after eating good for a few days but this past week it has not worked out this way...even with working out 8 days in a row.
