I feel bad for the kids...

As I was standing in line to pay for the items I puchased, I looked around and saw adults. I then remembered how we as a family enjoyed going around picking what we want and running around with the kids. But now, I felt sad because the simple things we used to do we cannot do it anymore. I love just bringing the kids anywhere I go and they get to see a lot of new things. Oh how bad I really feel for them when they are all stuck at home trying to understand in their little ways why they are allowed to go out,

If you do not feel comfortable going out, you can just stay home. But it would be good for you to step out once in awhile. It will keep you sane even if you go out just for a few minutes. But for the kids its sad that they really cannot.

@fluffy69 Maybe bring back a little something for your kid. I do that once in awhile for my children just to have them excited. They are very appreciative of anything I get but mostly crayons, coloring books are what they see happy about nowadays. So I try to find interesting ones to keep them happy

It will be awhile before children are allowed to go out with this pandemic.

Very true! How thankful I am that we didn’t have this back when I was younger. Sad that my own children have to experience this. But we all gotta adapt.

My son is inside the home for the last three month. Pathetic situation for kids. I hope black cloud will pass soon.

We all just need to adapt to what we have now. It is very hard for the kids but all we can do is try to find them a hobby they can do indoors for now. I wonder how kids who are so used to the outdoors are at these trying times. It must be double hard for them to stay away from the outside world.

Literally every little thing has changed and how limited we are with what we can do.

Times like these you appreciate the good old days more even if you were having difficulties back then it is still manageable compared to our new norm.

I know how you feel since our state has lockdown restrictions that prevent my ne[phew and his parents to enjoy the walks in the park.
