Is it possible to get taller at the age of 19?. I'm a 5'5 male and trying to get taller by doing some yoga and body exercises. It's been a month since I started doing all of those things but I haven't seen any improvements. Is there any hope for me?

It will take more than just a month to see any kind of results. I have heard that a man can gain some height until he reaches 25 but a lot of that has to do with his family genes, are there a lot of 5'5" men in your family?

At the age of 19 you've very likely reached your final height. Don't concentrate on your missing inches. Don't let them become an obsession! Do something for your brain and people will notice you for this! :-)
My husband was 3' 93'' shorter than me. It never disturbed us.

Are your parents shorter than you? If they are, then perhaps you have finished growing. Physical exercise and/or manual labour often causes young people to have a growth spurt.

I think its possible, but the height added will be not significant at the age 19. Some exercises like swimming and playing basket ball could make you taller.

I play basketball actually, but it is hard to play right now during this time of pandemic because there are no available courts nearby. I also think it would be wise to avoid places like public swimming pool during this time so looks like there is no swimming for me.
