Wear Mask... Hand Hygiene... Social Distancing... Three simple things to keep in mind now a days, in this New Normal. Not only for your own sake but also for the sake of your love ones and others. Wearing mask: There are different types of masks. Cloth mask, surgical mask, and the N-95 mask. It's up to you which one is more comfortable to use, as long as you use one. Hand hygiene: Two types of hand hygiene; One is hand rub by using hand sanitizer or alcohol for 20 to 30 seconds. Second is hand washing by the use of soap and water for 40 to 60 seconds. Social Distancing: Maintaining distance I think is the hardest. What if you've been separated to your love one for a long time and you miss the person? Can you still maintain social distancing? A distance of 2 to 3 meters... It's like being near yet so far...

Those are my standard "equipment" before going out of the house. It is hard indeed to keep a distance as some of them forget about it when going grocery shopping.

Yup "equipment" is the term. At least we can now go out. No more lock down and curfews.

Those are practices that are standard and we do them all. It is difficult when social distancing with loved ones, but it can be done.

I find it hard sometimes to keep people in stores at the proper distance. I'll be going down the correct way down an aisle, and another person comes the wrong way, not caring how close they get.

We all have to take the situation seriously now for the sake of whole humanity. And I do not think that these are too complicated to follow.
